We contacted Sachi Plummer to handle several transactions at once, which seemed quite complicated for us, but with Sachi, she breezed through each transaction with her great expertise, skill and solid local knowledge of the market. We were buying a new home and at the same time selling a condo and getting another home ready for rental property. Sachi helped us focus on what was most important and the order in which things needed to happen. She is a very hands on agent, ready to step in if we could not for even the smallest of things, such as making sure we had smoke detectors properly installed so the Appraiser did not have to come twice and charge us for a second visit. She advised on the local market prices and what to expect, sharing when she thought a situation was not the best value or the best for us. She strives to get to know her clients so can anticipate what they might like. The condo sold quicker than we expected and after looking at homes and listings daily it seems for at least 6 months, we finally found the home for us and we love it. She taught me much about getting a rental property started and which things to pay attention to. I am mostly able to handle the rental myself but Sachi makes herself available for any Q's. First of all she analyzed all our thoughts and started to introduce the current real estate market to us. It led us to making decisions of what we really want, where and how.
